Prices, Availability and Booking

Basic prices

The reference rate in a double room in high season is 100,00 euro per room per night including tax, breakfast, daily cleaning, change of linen twice a week and heating or air conditioning. There will be reductions in the duration of stay, the number of people and season.

Availability and Booking

For availability and room rates of B&B entered into the form below your dates of stay and the number of people.

To book online you will be prompted for your credit card as a guarantee (secure server). If you do not have a credit card you can choose to pay the deposit by bank or Post-Pay.

 
If you do not find availability at our facility or would like information please email us or call us at 06.37513625 because we would suggest other solutions with changing room facilities or at our friends.

Specific seasonal

  • Special: 1 January - 6 January; 21 December - 31 December
  • High: 21 March - 30 June; 1 September - 2 November
  • Low: 7 January – 20 March; 3 November - 20 December
  • Period closing: July and August

Terms

Cancellation Policy: To guarantee the reservation prompted a number of credit card. Nothing will be charged at time of booking. Once confirmed, The reservation can be canceled without penalty up to fifteen days before the date of arrival. After this date Filomena e Francesca B&B shall be entitled to withhold the cost of one night. In case of no-show or early departure Filomena e Francesca B&B shall be entitled to retain the cost of the entire stay. NOTE If you do not have a credit card or do not want to use it please indicate in the 'Note to the manager'.

Terms of Payment: Payment systems accepted by us in settlement of your bookings: Cash – Cash machine – Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, JCB) to be settled on arrival.

Conditions of Stay: Check-Out: he entered 10.00 Check-In: from 13.00 all 15.00 The arrival is expected to 14.00, tell us the time to agree on a different time.
