• What are the characteristics of your room? What do they have supplied?
  All rooms are quiet, private, romantic.
  Two of them have a balcony, the third has a hot tub instead.
  Each of them is equipped with air conditioning and TV. Satellite TV is in the common room; the rooms do not have phones.
• What is your plan B&Breakfast
  Our property is on the ninth floor is easily reachable by elevator.
• Pets are allowed?
  No; in our structure is not allowed host animals.
• What are the scheduled time of arrival and departure?
  You can get the time you preferred depositing your luggage here; rooms will arrange them starting at 13:00. On departure day the rooms will be vacated by 10:00; in this case you can leave your luggage with us free to enjoy the last day of stay.
• The indicated price is intended per room or per person? What is included?
  The price is per room, per night and includes breakfast, Daily cleaning and linen (towels and sheets), for which it is expected the exchange twice per week.
• What are the payment methods provided?
  Payment must be made in cash or by credit card.
• In your B&B-smoking?
  No, all rooms are non-smoking. E 'can still smoke in our balconies.
• You have an Internet / E-Mail in the apartment?
  There is a private internet connection point, but you can browse and view the mail in our pc.
• The owners live in the building?
  The structure has at its disposal the whole plan; B&B has an independent entrance and communicates with the owners of the apartment by a door.
