A real gem, still little known among museums in Rome, but extremely valuable historical, is the exhibition of the Capitoline Museums, at the former Central Thermoelectric John Montemartini – outstanding example of industrial archeology.
In a fascinating, next to the old machinery of the plant production, were exposed to great works of classical antiquity: the Esquiline Necropolis, Complex of San Lorenzo, portraiture late Republican, the temple of Apollo Sosiano, the House of Villa Rivaldi and various Horti are just some of the collections that you can admire!
